Can I change my order or shipping information?Updated 2 years ago

Our fulfillment team is working around the clock to get shipments out to you as soon as possible! After an order is confirmed, we are unable to update the order or shipping details. However, please contact us at hello@getrest.ca or talk to a live chat agent as soon as possible. We'll see what we can do. Provided your order has not already been shipped, we will attempt to make the changes for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still contact the courier to redirect it via the tracking link provided on your shipping confirmation email.

We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order. If you have provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully.
